Consistent Pacing with a Strong Finish Chukwuemelum maintained a strong, steady pace throughout the 2025 Mesa Marathon Half Marathon, clocking an overall pace of 8:29 min/mile. Her splits varied slightly, with her fastest split recorded at the 3-mile mark with a time of 7:58, and most splits ranging in the low to mid 8-minute pace. Notably, she displayed a slight acceleration towards the finish, achieving an 8:16 split at mile 13. Throughout the race, she remained competitive in her division, placing 67th in the F25-29 category out of a total of 3859 participants. Her performance demonstrated strong endurance and consistent pacing.
