Consistent Performance with Positive Pacing Rhythm Laura Gallo, a 38-year-old runner from Phoenix, AZ, demonstrated a steady performance in the 2025 Mesa Marathon 10K. Her overall elapsed time was 1:08:33, covering a distance of 6.2 miles at an average pace of 11:03 min/mile. Laura maintained a consistent pace, starting with an 11:04 min/mile pace in the first mile and finishing strong with an identical pace.
