Consistent Pacing with Opportunities for Speed Enhancement Bj Farish finished the 2025 Mesa Marathon with a time of 5:21:32 and an average pace of 12:16 min/mile. Throughout the race, Bj maintained a steady pace, starting with a 9:59 min/mile at the first mile and concluding with a similar steady pace for most of the race. Bj shows endurance, maintaining composure and control over longer distances. For improvement, targeting the slower segments between miles 13-26 might be beneficial, as the pace slowed primarily in that range, with the 21st mile at 17:53 min/mile. Focusing on this can bring your performance closer to previous results, such as the 4:36:04 in the 2022 Mesa Marathon. Overall, consistent pacing was a positive aspect, and finding ways to sustain earlier speed in the later miles may enhance race times.
