Consistent Splits Lead to a Strong Finish Amelia Rucshner showcased impressive consistency in her 10K performance at the 2025 Mesa Marathon. With an overall time of 59:12, she secured the 8th position in her division (F1-14). Her average pace for the race was 9:32 min/mile. Notably, her fifth mile was the slowest at 9:47 min/mile; despite this, she produced an encouraging final mile, clocked at 8:54 min/mile, which helped capitalize on her earlier efforts. Amelia’s splits reveal a well-measured approach, as she maintained paces closely aligned over the initial miles.
