Consistent Pacing Leads to Improved Finish Ashlynne Urry demonstrated notable consistency in her pacing during the 2025 Mesa Marathon Half Marathon, finishing with a time of 2:59:46 and an average pace of 13:43 min/mile. Among 3,859 participants, Ashlynne ranked 3,094th overall, showcasing an impressive dedication to maintain her pace across the distance. Her performance was particularly steady in the latter part of the race, as she improved her split time in mile 13 to 12:53. Compared to her previous race at the 2023 Mesa Marathon, where she completed the half marathon in 3:31:55 with a pace of 16:10 min/mile, Ashlynne has made considerable progress. Her strategic pacing allowed for a noticeable time improvement by over 30 minutes. For future races, maintaining momentum in the middle segments could contribute to even further gains.
