Steady Improvement with a Strong Finish Cristian Montes, representing Copa Health, demonstrated consistent pacing at the 2025 Mesa Marathon 10K. He finished the race in 51:52, maintaining an average pace of 8:22 min/mile. Cristian showed impressive progression, with split times improving consistently from 8:56 in the first mile to 7:37 in the final mile. His most significant gain was from mile 5 to mile 6, where he achieved his fastest split at 7:37. Overall, Cristian placed 22nd in his division for M25-29 out of 2107 participants.
