Consistent Performance in Age Division Orlando Velazquez delivered a strong performance at the 2025 Mesa Marathon 10K event, finishing with an elapsed time of 34:07. He maintained an impressive 5:30 min/mile pace over the 6.2-mile course. Velazquez secured the top position in the M45-49 age division, showcasing his consistency in this category. Among 2107 participants, he placed 21st overall and 19th among male competitors. Examining the splits, Velazquez demonstrated notable speed consistency, particularly in the final portion with a standout 4:45 mile pace on the sixth mile. While there was a slight variation in pace between miles two and three, he effectively managed to regain speed as the race progressed.
