Strong Pace and Position Growth in the 10K Jeremy Haws demonstrated significant improvement in the 2025 Mesa Marathon 10K, completing the race in 48:26 with a consistent pace of 7:48 min/mile. His performance secured him 151st place overall, 107th among male participants, and 10th in the M45-49 division. Notably, Jeremy maintained a progressively faster pace throughout the splits, starting at 9:19 min/mile and finishing strong with a 6:41 min/mile split in the last mile. Compared to his previous 2023 Mesa Marathon 10K result, Jeremy improved by a substantial three and a half minutes. His advancement in division standing, moving up from 8th to 10th with a rise in total participants, reflects positive growth. For further gains, focusing on maintaining a more evenly distributed pace throughout might be helpful, especially considering the quicker final segment.
