Consistent Splits with a Strong Finish Ben Constantinides maintained a consistent performance at the 2025 Mesa Marathon Half Marathon. His average pace was 7:09 min/mile, with an overall time of 1:33:40. Starting with a strong first mile at 7:29 min/mile, Ben quickly found his rhythm, clocking impressive splits such as 6:31 min/mile by the second mile. He faced a noticeable deceleration at the 6-mile mark with an 8:05 min/mile pace but rebounded well, regaining speed in subsequent miles. His fastest mile split was recorded at 6:22 min/mile during the third mile. Ben concluded the race with an overall place of 367 out of 3,859 participants, ranking 244th in his gender category and 60th in his age division (M30-34). Comparing with his previous races, Ben showed resilience given the challenging conditions in prior events, particularly the 2024 performance. Focusing on maintaining consistent late-race paces could enhance his results even further.
