Her performance improved significantly from the previous year, where she ran a 13:15 min/mile pace. Throughout the race, her splits started strongly with the first mile at a 10:29 pace and maintained a consistent range, ending with an 11:45 pace in the final mile. Sarah's performance saw her placed 1283rd among females and 112th in her division of F45-49. The race included 4125 participants overall. A noteworthy observation is her improvement in division placement from last yearmoving from 164th to 112th. Although her pacing slowed slightly in the latter stages, maintaining a steady pace is crucial for further improvement. Focusing on endurance in the latter half of the race may enhance her future performances even more.
