Consistent Effort in Mesa Lora Schillemat persevered through the 2026 Mesa Marathon Half Marathon, completing the course in 4:16:43 with a pacing average of 19:35 min/mile. Starting with a strong first mile, Lora hit a 15:51 min/mile pace before settling into a more consistent range between 17:42 and 22:01 min/mile. Notably, she finished the race ahead of 376 other participants with her total event placement at 3749 out of 4125. Her overall pacing was steady throughout the race, particularly in miles 6 through 10, where she maintained paces between 18:50 and 19:09 min/mile. While she experienced slight pace increases in the final quarter, remaining consistent in effort was a key highlight. Lora achieved a personal accomplishment as part of Team Tukee Runs, and future races could see improvement in maintaining the earlier miles pacing in later stages.
