Consistent Performance with Strong Finish Alysha demonstrated consistent pacing throughout the 2026 Mesa Marathon, maintaining an overall pace of 9:18 min/mile over the 26.2-mile course, finishing in 4:03:45. Her strongest mile was the 16th, completed at an 8:41 min/mile pace, showing a significant speed boost. Notably, she ranked 24th in her division when reaching mile 12, showcasing her improving mid-race performance, and finished the 13th mile strong with a pace of 8:54 min/mile. Compared to her previous Mesa Marathon, where she clocked in at 4:00:17, she was slightly behind, suggesting volatility in pace management. Despite a slight dip in performance towards the end, with split times exceeding ten minutes post-20 miles, Alysha's overall strategy was effective, placing her 78th in the F35-39 division from 1479 overall.
