Steady Progress with Notable Consistency Andrew Garabito demonstrated steady pacing and consistency throughout his performance in the 2026 Mesa Marathon. His splits reflected a balanced approach, with most mile times hovering around the 9:21 to 9:30 min/mile range. Particularly, Miles 13, 14, and 15 maintained a consistent 9:21 min/mile pace, indicating a solid middle race performance. However, a notable increase in elapsed pace was observed between Miles 18 and 22, with paces extending beyond 10:00 min/mile. Despite this, Andrew managed to accelerate in Mile 26, clocking a swift 9:03 min/mile. In comparison to his 2025 performance, Andrew improved both his overall placing, from 1931st to 1721st, and his division placing among 25-29 males from 202nd to 183rd.
