Consistent Pace, Strong Finish Meghan McCabe completed the 2026 Mesa Marathon Half Marathon with a total elapsed time of 1:53:49, maintaining an impressive average pace of 8:41 min/mile. Starting strong, Meghan's initial mile split was 8:29, showing potential for a swift race. Her best split came in the third mile at 8:23, demonstrating her capability for quick bursts of speed. While maintaining a steady pace, Meghan experienced some variability, with slower splits in miles 10 and 12 at 8:58 and 9:03, respectively. Despite this, she managed to close the race effectively, regaining momentum with a strong finish. In division F19-24, she placed 52nd out of 52 finishersa respectable result given the field size.
