Consistent and Strong Finish at Half Marathon Jack Almquist, representing Crafty Unc's, completed the 2026 Mesa Marathon Half Marathon with a time of 1:36:52, averaging a steady pace of 7:23 minutes per mile. Out of a field of 4,125 participants, Jack ranked well within his age division, demonstrating consistency throughout the race. Notably, his fastest split was mile 5 at 7:12, contributing to a solid overall performance. Jack showed excellent pacing, maintaining an elapsed pace largely between 7:23 and 7:27 minutes per mile. His split at mile 9, finishing in 7:13, marked another highlight. Although he started slower with a split of 7:38 at mile 2, he exhibited great improvement, particularly in the latter half.
