Consistent Performance with Strong Finish Kristin Hayes executed a well-paced 10K at the 2026 Mesa Marathon. She started the first mile at an 8:24 pace. Impressively, she managed improved pace over the next miles, hitting her fastest split at mile 6 with a 7:23 pace. This strategic acceleration resulted in an average overall pace of 7:55 min/mile. Of note, Kristin maintained a steady placement in her division throughout the race, finishing 5th in the F19-24 category.
