Strong Start, Opportunities Ahead Oscar's performance at the 2026 Mesa Marathon showcased a consistent start with his early miles reflecting a steady pace near the 10-minute mark. Notably, his splits from miles one to five held a solid range between 9:59 and 10:17 minutes per mile, with a brief improvement during mile five with a split pace of 9:59. This indicates a commendable pacing strategy in the first half of the race while maintaining strong positioning, maintaining places within the top quarter of participants.
