Pacing Pattern Analysis in 10K Challenge Mason Rogers' performance at the 2026 Mesa Marathon 10K event demonstrated consistency and resilience throughout the race. Beginning with a steady pace of 10:05 min/mile, Mason found a slight increase in pace to 9:59 min/mile in the second mile, showing an excellent adjustment in speed.
