Consistent Effort with Strong Finish In the 2026 Mesa Marathon, Eden Knight, a 28-year-old runner from Scottsdale, AZ, achieved a consistent performance throughout the 13.1-mile course with an overall elapsed time of 2:10:43. Starting the race with a 9:33 min/mile pace, Eden maintained a steady effort as paces fluctuated slightly between 9:33 and 10:28 min/mile throughout the race. A strong finish was evident with her 13th mile split recorded at 9:39 min/mile, demonstrating her ability to keep a solid pace even towards the end.
