Her strongest split was her initial mile at a pace of 6:42 min/mile. Throughout the race, she sustained her pace consistently, with mile times ranging narrowly from 6:42 to 7:17 min/mile. She finished 17th in her division (F30-34), and her overall gender position was 102 out of 4125 participants. Compared to her past performances, Sarahs 2026 time is a bit slower than her 2024 and 2025 results. However, she demonstrated impressive consistency, avoiding any significant drop-off in pace. Focusing on interval training could further refine her ability to maintain or even improve her pace throughout the entire race. Additionally, analyzing the mile 12 split, where there was a slight increase in time, could present opportunities for strategic adjustments in future races.
