Consistent Performance with a Steady Endurance Jessica maintained an impressive start during the 2026 Mesa Marathon with a strong pace, beginning at 8:38 min/mile in the initial stages. Notably, in the first half, she showed a marked improvement, maintaining sub-10 min/mile in several splits. Particularly, her 12th mile was completed in 9:35 min/mile and achieved the best rankings at the halfway point: 766 overall and 44th in her division. These highlight her ability to push through mid-race with a persistent effort. As the race progressed, the pace naturally declined, concluding with an average of 11:02 min/mile overall. Though her finish placed her 2246th overall, her consistency is commendable. Splits mostly ranged in the low 10-minute range, which places her performance well within her range from previous half marathons.
